SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Attention UK book lovers! We're excited to offer automatic free shipping to all UK addresses on most of our products! This includes our beautiful prints, stickers, and more. However, please note that due to their size and weight, mugs, sweatshirts, and luxury bags are not eligible for free shipping.

If you're looking to stock up on some bookish goodies, we also offer free UK postage on orders over £50.00. So, why not treat yourself to a new sweatshirt or some Sarah J. Maas merchandise?

For our international customers, we offer worldwide shipping. However, please note that shipping charges will apply to purchases shipped outside of the UK. You'll be able to see the shipping charges before you complete your purchase.

EU customers, please be aware that orders are shipped from the UK and may incur Customs charges. As the customer, you're responsible for paying any Customs charges and associated admin fees charged by the mail handling company or courier.

From 1st January 2021 The United Kingdom (UK) is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). All orders are shipped from the UK and if you buy goods from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from 1st January 2021 you may incur charges that are outlined in this page.

  • Import VAT payable by the customer for goods valued at under €150 plus any associated admin fees charged to process the parcel
  • Import VAT and Customs Duty payable by the customer for goods valued at over €150 plus any associated admin fees charged to process the parcel

You must pay the above duties where applicable

 *Please check with your own country's rules for changes to import Vat, Customs duty and admin processing fees and charges if you're outside of the UK before ordering.

Covid-19 Shipping Update

Thank you for stopping by our website. We are monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 and at this time we will remain open online and are fulfilling orders as normal. Please bear in mind that delays may occur, especially with international orders. For more information please visit Royal Mail's International Incident Bulletin which is updated on a daily basis. We will also keep our website and social media channels updated of any changes.

Need to send a gift - how we can help

*If you send directly to a recipient - please bear in mind, if the recipient is outside of the UK they will be liable to pay the Customs fees, import vat, admin fees as the receiver of the parcel.  Packages sent directly by businesses to recipients or to a customer, cannot be classed as gifts for Customs purposes. 

We can send gifts directly to recipients and offer the following services: add a gift note with your order / add a message to a greeting card and send directly to the recipient / products will arrive packed in gold or silver (and white) paper gift bags, mugs are placed in an organza bags which also makes them suitable for gifting.

Enter the recipients delivery address at the checkout and add a gift note (instead of an invoice). These requests can be made in the special instructions section which appears when placing your order. There is no charge for adding a note or a written message.

UK SHIPPING

Free UK shipping on all products except mugs.

Fixed shipping costs for orders that include mugs is set at £4.00 or *Spend £50+ for free UK shipping on everything.  Standard shipping is sent via 2nd class. 


Europe

Europe orders are now all sent via tracked or signed for mail. 


Rest of the World

Rest of the World orders are now being sent as tracked mail and will continue moving forward until the effects of Covid-19 on the international mail system changes.


DELIVERY TIMES

Purchase/s are usually sent out within 48 hours of payment being received.  * This timeframe has temporarily changed to 1 week processing time.

UK orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days but can take longer. *Please now allow up to 2 weeks due to the Covid-19/Brexit situation affecting the Royal Mail's services.

Europe - usually 1 to 2 weeks depending on the Country, but please now allow up to 8 weeks due to the Covid-19/Brexit situation affecting the Royal Mail's services.

Rest of The World - usually 7 to 14 days delivery time but please now allow up to 8 weeks due to the Covid-19/Brexit situation affecting the Royal Mail's services.

*Canada is currently experiencing delays with international mail and can take up to 10 weeks.

*We will not be responsible for delays resulting from postal delays by Royal Mail or any other mail carriers.

*Orders placed during special holidays such as Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays may experience delays. No guarantees are given for delivery times during these periods.
