This mug takes inspiration from Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice and features Mr Darcy's proposal "In vain have I struggled. It will not do. My feelings will not be repressed. You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you.'' Isn't that a lovely and romantic quote!

As a nation of tea drinkers, the design seeks to combine the quintessential 'Mr Darcy' and the British sense of humour'.

Heathcliff "If he loved you..." Wuthering Heights Mug

“If he loved you with all the power of his soul for a whole lifetime, he couldn’t love you as much as I do in a single day.”  The quote was spoken by Heathcliff in the 1936 movie version of the well known classic 'Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë'.

There's No Place Like Home, Wizard Of Oz Mug

Taking inspiration from the Wizard Of Oz this cute mug features one of the most well known quotes 'There's no place like home" and Dorothy's red slippers, which of course helped her on her way back home.

  4. Introducing The Pride & Prejudice Collection

I've been working on new additions to the range of literary themed jewellery and accessories over at www.missbohemia.com.  The collection is inspired by some of my favourite books, quotes and words! Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Emily Brontë's 'Wuthering Heights' are just two of the Literary classics that you will find in this collection, along with Alice In wonderland, dictionary silhouettes and much more to come.

I've featured some of the newest 'Pride & Prejudice' additions below, which include cute mugs, keepsake boxes, pocket mirrors and jewellery.

This distressed jewellery / keepsake box was created using antique cream, grey and gold paints.  The box hand is adorned with stamped vintage Pride & Prejudice images of Darcy and Elizabeth and also features Mr Darcy's proposal  "In vain have I struggled. It will not do. My feelings will not be repressed. You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you.''

A new addition that's perfect for the coffee and tea drinkers out there.  This design still follows the Darcy theme but there is also a touch of humour to this endearing declaration of love.

This wooden bookmark features Mr Darcy's proposal along with images of Darcy and Lizzie.  A sepia tone was used for the images, text and fancy borders and swirls.

A cute pocket mirror featuring a Jane Austen silhouette along with a Pride & Prejudice Banner and the date the book was first published '1813' exactly 200 years ago!

The necklace has been created from actual rescued pages of a vintage copy of Pride and Prejudice and is as pictured and features 'Elizabeth' on the selected page.
